The program includes: 1. The race - an interactive action poem; rise each time you fall 2. The fire stick story - have a go! learn and practice makes perfect. 3. Sasa - the power of the group. 4. Samoan slap dance - learning resilience can come from your family. 5. resilient role models - 2 powerful stories are danced and told about 2 extraordinary people.
